1 ] Payment will only be accepted in online mode through UPI.

2] It shall be mandatory for all guests to submit a copy of Aadhar Card of every guest before entry in guest house.

3] The premises and exterior area is under supervision of CCTV cameras for safety concerns.

4] Eating food inside swimming pool is prohibited. Help us keep the pool clean for you and other people.

5] Entry of Uninformed Guests / Visitors shall not be allowed. Guest shall be charged a penalty Rs.3000/- person or Villa will have to be vacated &appropriate legal action will be taken

6] Puking on floors and bedsheet has a fine of ₹1000. Please use the washroom if you feel sick. Thanks for understanding!

7] The farmhouse is leased out to the guests for family functions therefore any activities that lead to harm of human or private property or any other illegal activity shall entirely be responsibility of the guest.

8] Management Shall Not Be Responsible For Any illegal Activity or Act Committed By The Guests.

9] Security Deposit shall be Rs.3000 and shall be refunded at the time of checkout. In case of any damage Security Deposit shall be confiscated and non-refundable.

10] Drugs are strictly prohibited.

11] The farmhouse or any of our representatives won’t provide guests with alcohol or hookah under any circumstances.

12] If the pool water is found dirty with drinks, sodas, puke, or glass, penalty will be charged to guest.

13 ] The management is not to be held responsible for any sort of illegal activities or consumption.

14 ] Booking of the villa is done by giving 50 % of advance payment plus the Security deposit.

15 ] The balance amount to be the paid as soon as you reach the villa on the specific date of your booking.

16 ] In case of cancellation due to any reason the booking amount will remain non refundable and the security deposit would be refunded back.

17] Damage of any furniture or electric devices will cost you the exact price of the same, failing which legal action will be taken against the accused.
