Terms and Condition for Booking Deepak Farm House

1. Booking Confirmation
- o A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of a non-refundable advance payment of [50 Percentage OF BOOKING + 3000 /- security deposit].
- o The balance payment must be cleared before check-in.
- o A confirmation receipt will be issued upon successful payment.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
{DAY AND NIGHT BOOKING}
- o Check-in time: [2:00 PM]
- o Check-out time: [10:00 AM]
{DAY BOOKING}
- o Check-in time: [12:00 PM]
- o Check-out time: [6:30 PM]
- o Security Deposit shall be Rs.3000 and shall be refunded at the time of checkout.
3. Cancellation Policy
- o No refund for cancellations. {only security deposit will be refunded}
4. Guest Responsibilities
- o All guests must present valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) upon arrival
- o The number of guests must not exceed the number mentioned at the time of booking. Extra guests will be charged at [1500] per person.
- o Puking on floors and bedsheet has a fine of ₹1000. Please use the washroom if you feel sick.
5. House Rules
- o All Illegal Activities is prohibited in Farmhouse.
- o Loud music or disruptive behaviour is not allowed after [10:00 PM].
- o Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and orderly.
6. Damage and Liability
- o Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged.

- o Damage of any furniture or electric devices will cost you the exact price of the same, failing which legal action will be taken against the accused
- o Deepak Farm House is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

- o In case of any damage Security Deposit shall be confiscated and non-refundable
7. Management Rights
- o Management reserves the right to deny access or evict guests in case of inappropriate behaviour, violation of terms, or misuse of the property.
- o The property is to be used solely for leisure and not for any unlawful activities.
8. Safety and Security
- o Guests must adhere to safety protocols while using the property’s amenities.
- o The management is not responsible for injuries caused due to negligence.
- o The farmhouse is situated in an open area where bees, snakes and other bugs might be found. It is the responsibility of the guest to take care of themselves and management takes no responsibility for that.
- o Management shall not be responsible for any illegal activity or act committed by the guests.
- o The premises and exterior area is under supervision of CCTV cameras for safety concerns.
9. Force Majeure
- o Deepak Farm House shall not be liable for any cancellations, interruptions, or inability to provide services due to unforeseen events like natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or pandemics.
10. Privacy Policy
- o Personal information provided during booking will only be used for reservation purposes and will not be shared without consent.
11. Jurisdiction

- o These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- o Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, India
